  3. Dejamos reposar la masa unos 30 minutos en la heladera.
  4. Comenzamos a preparar los crépes. Ponemos una sartén a calentar a fuego medio, cuando esté caliente añadimos un trocito de manteca o aceite y lo repartimos con la ayuda de un trocito de papel de cocina, de esa forma retiramos todo la manteca o aceite sobrante.
  5. Añadimos un cachito de masa y con un movimiento rápido girando la sartén hacia los lados repartimos la masa para que quede lo más fina posibles.
  6. Cuando la masa este seca por los bordes y comience a despegarse le daremos la vuelta.Con la ayuda de una espátula o paleta de plástico lo separaremos de la sartén y le daremos la vuelta. Cocinaremos unos 20 segundos por el otro lado y los iremos sacando.
  7. Los iremos apilando unos sobre otros para que no se enfríen. Con esta receta hice un fiambre Alemán relleno de ; tomate, lechuga, jamón, queso y choclo.
