- 1 cebolla
- 200 crema
- 1 taza espincas
- 100 g queso rallado
- a gusto sal y condimentos

- Mixear o licuar los ingredientes de los crepes. Tapar y llevar a la heladera mínimo una hora. Retirar y batir y si es necesario. Agregar más leche para que quede una pasta chirla. Según el espesor será la cantidad.. me salieron 10

- Enmantecar una sartén y con un cucharón hacer los panqueques.

- Relleno: Rehogar la cebolla cortada pequeña y luego agregar los champiñones cortados y el jamón picado...tenía un poco se panceta y agregue



- Luego de unos minutos, agregar la crema... la harina el queso y condimentar apartar y dejar enfriar mientras se prepara la salsa

- Salsa: rehogar la cebolla picada, y unir con la espinaca, agregar la crema y el queso (se puede agregar un chorrito de vino blanco) condimentar y dejar que reduzca cuando enfría se espesa por eso solo agrego un poco de harina si hace falta


- Armar los crepes de la forma deseada...como triángulos quedan muy bien...tirar la salsa y queso y llevar a gratinar si se desea sino servir así
