Cocinar las espinacas o acelgas en el micro-ondas si son congeladas o en una olla si son frescas en agua hirviendo con sal (previamente enjuagadas) por unos 2 minutos si son espinacas o 6 si son acelgas frescas. Escurrir la verdura bien de todo su agua. En una tabla cortar la verdura en trozos.

Vuelva a repetir este proceso con una segunda capa de crepes hasta terminar con la salsa blanca y encima de este el queso rallado.
- Cocine en el horno aprox. unos 30 mins. o hasta que se dore. Permita que se enfrie unos 20 mins. antes de cortar y servir.
