  2. 1 Taza agua
  3. 2 a 4 cdas de Azúcar o el endulzante que uses
  4. 2 cdas Semillas de Chía o Lino

  1. Cortar las frutas elegidas en trozos pequeños. Yo usé naranjas.
    Si vos también usas naranjas asegúrate de sacarle bien la parte blanca para que no quede amarga.
  2. Mezclar las frutas con el azúcar y el agua hasta integrar todo muy bien.
  3. Llevar la preparación a una cacerola a fuego medio unos minutos hasta ablandar bien la fruta.
  4. Pasado este tiempo,
    agregar las semillas y unir todo. Apagar el fuego.
  5. Dejar reposar hasta que se forme una consistencia
    de gel (propio de la semilla). Luego envasar
    Yo la dejé reposando directamente en el frasco tapado de vidrio donde la iba a conservar en caliente, esperé a que se enfriara por completo y la guarde en la heladera.
  6. Dura 5 días en heladera y rinde aprox 300g.❤️
